Modalities Explained

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Relational Life Therapy (RLT)

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP)

Below are a variety of books, podcasts, articles, & meditations that you may (or may not ) find helpful. Many of the topics are related to IFS, RLT, Polyvagal Theory, and Compassionate Inquiry. Some include or are based on faith, some challenge religion, some explore racial trauma, few may reference politics, many challenge common mental health beliefs, and one is by a notable actress. All are listed because they relate to the trauma and the difficulties of being a human. Yet, not everything in every book, podcast, and article will resonate with every person… and that’s OK. Please absorb what is for you and leave what is not. Use your discretion and be aware that some could contain triggering content.

They are listed in no particular order.
